Bad customer service.

Freezer was delivered 3-9. loaded food on 3-10. freezer went belly up on 3-15. Between 3-15 and 3-18 I spent 1 hr and 10 min on hold.The reps I talked to were asian and I could not understand them. An appointment was made for a repair service, who told me they could check it out but not fix it. Went to Home Depot where I bought it and they made arrangements to have it looked at. we will see what happens.DO NOT BUY>

Refrigerator

I would like someone from your Corporate office to contact me. We have had service 11 times for our Fridge and it keeps having the same problem with everything freezing in the fridge part.

It's the same problem over and over again. I have records of how many time service has been out here and pictures and videos of my Fridge making weird sounds. Have shown the service people every single time they have been here! If I don't hear something back.

I will be getting a lawyer and contacting the press about it. I think we have been fair enough with these issues that I am having.

We bought all appliances all at the same time.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I had filed complaints with Florida Attorney General's office and BBB.

Today I received a service visit receipt via email which showed a gasket, air duct, bottom air tower, assembly, complete, status is ordered, but yet the repair is complete???? Since the tech did absolutely nothing on his 1/25/24 visit and called via phone on the 2/1...

On June 9, 2023 we purchased a Frigidaire refrigerator from Lowe's. After 5 service calls it was deemed unrepairable and was returned.

Lowe's changed their policies and would not do an even exchange so we had to purchase another refrigerator and wait for our refund. Within 2 days of purchasing the replacement the new refrigerator had thick ice on the back and water again on the freezer door. We purchased this refrigerator on January 11, 2024. The tech came out last week and said he would check and see what he might be able to do with it.

Today he called to cancel the service call we had scheduled and said that it was an issue with the insulation and there was no fix for it. I told him I wanted it deemed unrepairable so I could get my money back and he said no. He also lied on the notes that he turned in saying there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. As you can see in the pictures provided, that is another lie.

I want my money back and I want to be able to go get a decent refrigerator. Working with Frigidaire is like beating your head against the wall and you cannot get above the call center. Now another company is coming out Monday for a second opinion.

If I need to get a lawyer that's my next step, as well as contacting the media. Lowe's, since they do not stand behind what they sell, and Frigidaire who evidently have appliance issues, have both lost my business.

Things are freezing in my fridge!

I have had this problem for 1 1/2. Service department has been out here 10 times in the 1 1/2 that I had this problem. I have emails of all the service calls to my house. I have pictures of all my food that freezes in the fridge. I can upload the pictures and videos of the sound that my refrigerator makes. It doesnt not sound right! It makes weird noises.

I bought a brand new garage-ready upright Frigidaire freezer from Home Depot for our new home. It arrived and was installed and it worked fine for 6 months, but one day when I opened the freezer door, the door gasket seal partially stuck to the frame of the freezer.

This caused air to seep into the freezer which quickly began creating ice inside. I first called Frigidaire on July 6, 2023. I have called 14 times. Even when I speak to a Supervisor AFTER my complaint has been sent to the Escalation Department, they still can't tell me when I will get a replacement freezer.I have a file number and all they say is that they are working on it and I have been approved for a new freezer but no one tells me when.

In the meantime, Frigidaire certainly found time to send me an email about an extended warranty, but they have NEVER ONCE sent me an email or called me back.

Their product is well rated as the best along with GE, but I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product because of their poor, no TERRIBLE way that they deal with their customers.Initially their repair work is done by Big Bend Appliance Service in Tallahassee, and they suck because they never showed up and all you can do is leave a voicemail message and there is no human being to talk to. Worse, they never call back.

It has been WEEKS now that we are without a fridge. Hundreds of dollars worth of food ruined. After it going out we had to wait a week for a repair person. Two days after it was "repaired" it went out again after we bought more groceries of course. Now here we are without a fridge and freezer with hundreds of dollars worth of food gone again to ruin and no fridge with a possible chance of repair on Thursday!

I purchased a Frigidaire Gallery double wall oven on May 10, 2023. We installed it in our new home and used it for the first time on August 31, 2023.

It started flashing error codes F050 and F032 right away, and then proceeded to start on fire. We quickly turned the breaker off to the oven and I called Frigidaire the next day, September 1, 2023. I was told to send a copy of the receipt, which I did. I was then told that they would contact a technician to come and look at the oven.

After waiting for a week with no word, I contacted Frigidaire again. I was told that they hadn't been able to find a technician and were still trying, so please allow 5 more business days. After this process being repeated for 3 weeks, I was told that a technician was not available in our area and our case will be escalated. Please allow 3-5 business days for the escalation team to find a technician.

This was repeated over and over again for another 23 weeks. I did receive one email saying that a technician would be coming out on September 26th. The day before the appointment was to be, I called the company that was supposedly coming to fix my oven. I received a recording saying that the company was permanently out of business!

In one of the other calls I placed, I was told that Fred's Appliance was scheduled to come out on October 5th. I called Fred's Appliance to make sure they actually were coming and was told no appointment was scheduled. In fact, they had no record of a request for service from Frigidaire for us. We then filed a complaint with the BBB.

Frigidaire came back with an appointment with Fred's Appliance on October 26th, almost 2 months after we first contacted Frigidaire. I then called Frigidaire back as this was not acceptable. I was given an appointment with A Fix on October 19th. A technician came from A Fix at their scheduled time.

This person who arrived had very little English skills, understanding or speaking. He asked me what is wrong with the oven. I told him it started a fire, but he insisted I start it to show him what was wrong with it. So I did.

Lo and behold, the oven started on fire. This time, the flames were heading up into my cabinet above the oven. They were difficult to get out. We now have smoke damage in our cabinets, a burning electrical smell throughout the house, and an oven that still does not work.

After the technician made his report stating that the oven was unfixable, he said they would contact Frigidaire that day or the next day. We should get news about a replacement by the weekend. As I had not heard from Frigidaire yet, I contacted them yet again. After waiting on hold (again) for over 30 minutes, I was told that there is nothing in the case file stating that a technician had been out.

After back and forth a few times, she said she was transferring me to the technician. I have no idea why. Of course, the call was never answered. It is now November 3rd.

I placed another call in to Frigidaire with no results. As of now, I will never purchase another Frigidaire appliance, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I am writing this to let you know that this washer, Frigidaire affinity, has been through three generations! My mom and dad bought it new used it for several years, then, when they relocated they gave the washer to us.

It lasted several years with us! With doing multiple loads a day, having three grandkids living with us.

When we moved away, we passed the washer on down to my daughter, who is a single mom with four kids. She has now used the washer with hundreds of loads of clothes. And its still going.

We are so pleased. I know this isnt going to keep going, But Frigidaire should be proud of this particular washer. I took a picture but cant attach it for some reason.

The model and serial numbers are pretty much worn off. Im hoping my daughter gets at least a few more years off of it but know it may not last that long.

Never buy a Frigidaire Refrigerator as they are Poorly Designed/Manufactured and fail after only 3-5 years of gentle use. Customer Service is impossible to get a hold of and they will not fix the problems ! There is a major Design and/or Manufacturing defect on Frigidaire French Door Refrigerators with in door ice and water dispensers. Our 3 year old Model FFHB2750TS has a huge ice formation at Ice Maker Drain which caused the plastic to break. This is obviously a major design and/or manufacturing defect and completely UN-acceptable for a 3 year old $2,000 Refrigerator.

Purchased a Electric Stove

I assume that this company like most take pride in their level of service and professionalism.

I purchased a Frigidaire Electric Range over the Christmas vacation. I realized that one of the burners was not working correctly. In an effort to be kind and considerate I waited to submit a claim in the beginning of January. This is where the comedy of errors began and continues. I was given an appointment by Frigidaire. When I contacted the repair company, Heavenly Cool, they had no record of my appointment. I then had to wait two weeks for them to show up on January 23, 2024. The repairman arrived, stated I needed a new part. My son inquired about that being the only issue. We were told the company (Heavenly Cool) would procure the parts needed and he would return to repair. I gave him two weeks that still has not happened. I started calling the company Heavenly Cool, daily since February 9th and have left numerous messages without any response. I called Frigidaire on this morning and spoke with a representative who assured me that the repairman would be here on the 19th. I asked her if she was sure based on my first experience. At 3:34 I heard from the new company who stated that their first opportunity would be February 22, 2024, when I will be out of town on business. I then called Frigidaire again and spoke with a male representative and then a manager.

Here is my situation, my 90-year-old mother resides with me along with my son. At this time, we have not had a stove since January 23, 2024. The only other appliance I have is a microwave. Therefore, to purchase dinner for my family is about $90. The burner that is broken (without a *** was always on but this morning it ignited by itself which means we now have to turn the stove completely off from now until February 23, 2024. Best case scenario, they have the part. What will probably happen is that they wont have the part and we will end up having to wait again.

How it is possible that a company does not provide emergency services for dire situations like this? Now I am relegated to a situation where I will now have to purchase three meals a day for seven days because I cant cook because the stove is unsafe. This means I will be spending about $1,000+ for food delivery because I cant cook whats in my refrigerator.

They are not willing to replace my stove unless a service-person states that it needs to be replaced. per the service manager, I cant promise you anything and you we will not replace the stove.

This whole situation is unconscionable and shows a total lack of concern for customers.

I bought and had delivered a freezer on November 4, 2020. The model is FFFUU20F2VW0 Serial number is BB0430**** Last year we had to have a control panel replaced. That cost $100 because we had a home warranty that covered the freezer. Then last week it quit again. It is the fan and fan seal and drain kit. This repair is costing $ 307. Since we no longer have a home warranty that covers the freezer. This is not including the products and meat that we lost both times.
