I had a leaky fridge. Frigidaire warranty uses All Set Appliance repair.
They sent Justin. While there, he noticed my floors needed repairs. He said he does that kind of work on the side. I couldn't get anyone else to do it, so reluctantly, I hired him, although he's not a licensed contractor.
Big mistake! After giving him $2800, the materials didn't get delivered and I wasn't going to let any demo go on until he could complete the job. I told him to cancel. No work was done, no flooring was paid for.
He never showed me a receipt or proof of materials ordered. Last I heard from him, he said I can sue him if I want my money back. Actually, it's criminal, not civil.
It's theft. I don't know if all of their employees are crooks, but in my opinion and experience, Justin is a thief.

I purchased a frigidaire model in july of 2020. Three fridges failed in a row and it was under warranty.
Frigidaire said they did not have any like fridges in stock due to Covid and prices have also increased. They told me to pick another manufacturers similar fridge that was in stock and they would reimburse Lowes. I spoke to Lowes and Frigidaire over 30 times each to verify that info and they confirmed it over and over. I got the replacement fridge that was in stock and Lowes charged me and will not release the hold that Frigidaire said they would take care of.
I spoke to a rep today who is quite possibly the biggest buffoon around. She refused to go back and listen to calls or review conversation days that I requested and said case was closed. She was so lazy she closed the dispute without listening or attempting to resolve. Basically, Frigidaire sold me three trashy fridges in a row.
They kept failing. 3rd was under warranty and frigidaire said to go find a comparable one that is in stock at Lowes and they would reimburse me since they could not ship a fridge for months. Do not buy from them unless you want to be repeatedly lied to for 8 months and get trash for a product.
I just bought two big deep freezes from frigidaire that are going back tomorrow morning. Its a really poor company that has refused to honor their commitments or poor products.

Ben Türkiyeden Yazıyorum burada doğru dürüst servis ağınıza ulaşamadım. Evimdeki bulaşık makinası yüzünden ailece ölümden döndük ve o korkuyla yaşıyoruz şuan.
25.01.2022 tarihinde gece 11.00 gibi bulaşık makinasını çülıştırmış ve uyumak için yakmıştım. Sabaha karşı alt komşumun telefonla arayarak evinizden su damlıyor demesi ile uyandırıldık. Evin mutfak tarafına giderken ara koridorlarda ayak bileğimize kadar evin su dolduğunu fark ettik. Mutfak kapısını açtığımızda mutfak göz gözü görmeyen bir gazlı duman ile doluydu.
Mutfak küçük olmasına rağmen camı gazdan nefes alamadığım için zor açabildim. Makina çalışıyordu ve sürekli su alıyordu. Biraz havalanınca ancak makineyi ve su musluğunu kapatabildim. Bu zorlu kış (-5-10) şartlarında zorlukla evdeki suyu ve gazlı dimanı tahliye ettik birçok eşyalarımızı attık .Bulaşık makinasının kenarı ve dolap kenarı yanmıştı ayrıca makinenin içinde ne yanmış ise öyle bir gaz ve is vardı ki tüm eşlalara ve eve sinmişti.
Zorluklarla temizledik ve tabi ki hastalandık . Ancak bizim asıl korkumuz şu oldu. Mutfak kapımız açık olsaydı uyurken gazdan zehirlenmeştik ve ailece ölmüştük. Ayrıca fark edilmeseydi makine iyice yanacak yanğın çıkacaktı ve biz yanarak ölecektik.
Bizi bu duruma ve bu korkuya sebep verdiği için başka insanların başına böyle bir durum gelmemesi için Frigideire makinasının incelenmesini ve mağduriyetimizin giderilmesini talep ediyoruz. Konuya çözüm getireceğiniz ümidiyle İyi çalışmalar dilerim.

My freezer broke down right at a year after purchase and they said they would fix it under warranty. I had a local tech come out and he did not have the equipment to fix it.
They lined up another company from another city but they would not come because they said it is to far. I called eight times over 5 months and nothing would ever happen. They said they would have a manager call back but I got no return calls.
Now today when I called they said they would not cover it under warranty because it is past a year. So they just have been wasting my time and I have lost $900, which is the purchase price.
My suggestion is if you are thinking of buying a Frigidaire appliance, save your time and money plus frustration, and don't buy from them.
