So repair guy returned with parts 12/18. Around 10 am.
Switched out bad parts for good ones! Sounds great right. WRONG. by 8 pm same day refrigerator stopped working.
Guy came back 12/21 and ordered new parts again. Now set for repair guy to be here January 7 with new parts. And it is not repair companies fault.
They go by the code that comes up on the refrigerator and then Frigidaire has to agree that the parts are necessary. And the saga continues...

Update 12/5/2020Had a verified repair company out today. Finally.
However he was only able to take pics and send them to Frigidaire. Was told it is policy of Frigidaire to send someone out ONLY to take pictures and diagnose the issue. Then Frigidaire needs to agree with the technicians diagnosis before they will send the repair parts to them.
Could take an additional 5-10 days for that to happen, and additional time to be scheduled back in. Unbelievable

Purchased 2/29/20 at Lowes. Stopped cooling 2/24/20.
Can not get anyone to return our calls for repairs.
Paid a total of $2,085.31 for what is now a useless piece of crap. Cant even get Lowes to honor their extended warranty that we purchased since it is still under manufacturers warranty.
User's recommendation: Stop going to box office stores. Stay with the small appliance companies.
Monetary Loss: $2085.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Frigidaire Pros: Used to make a good product.
Frigidaire Cons: Lack of phone replies, No consumer repair service.
