I HAVE a Frigidare side by side model # LFSS2612TP Serial # 4A9140****. I am unable to remove and replace the water filter, the refrigerator makes extremely odd noises and has since a month or so after delivery.
I called the factory service number, and was referred to M.D.
Appliance service in Belleview Florida. Recorded message stated they were closed until early May. Optional service was A&;;;;;E factory service.
My first call via computerized instruction was to call Frigidares service line.
Again I spoke with a representative and was told to call A&amp;amp;amp;amp;E scheduling department.
I did so and was told the Frigidare Factory Service department must make the appointment.
I called the Lowe's Store manager at the Lowe's from which I purchased the refrigerator. He was of no help.
If the problem is not warranty I will pay the service company, I simply want the refrigerator fixed.
