Will not refund or send a replacement
I purchased the countertop ice machine that was supposed to make 26 lbs of ice daily. First when filled to waterline I put ice catcher in which goes pass line into water melts all ice.
Have hardly used unless Im home to dump it before it defrost. I plugged it in this week to use an guess what it will no longer draw water into ice tray makes a big noise.
I was told today it last 365 days nothing will be done about it. Well I can with bad reviews and negative ratings.i purchased thru Amazon.

Reflecting the lack of adequate communication I got an answer but I didnt really get an answer. I lhoped to resolve why I keep getting emails/ they could not tell me why or how to stop it
Refrigerator stop working after only 16 months.
- - Refrigerator 16 months old; 3 faulty electronic parts cost $407.
- - Frigidaire wont reimburse because I used an independent service to buy parts.
Refrigerator, only 16 months old, was discovered to have 3 faulty electronic parts costing $407 and Frigidaire wont reimburse me bc I got an independent service man to buy parts and repair it.
They wanted me to return their faulty parts but wont reimburse me the cost of those parts!!

Verified Reviewer |A part on my fridge broke when it was hardly used Water dispenser. I use my sink faucet to fill my cup. It was a faster fill than using the fridge dispenser.

- - Fridge part broke with little use, and the fridge dispenser was rarely used.
The water dispenser was used less than 10 times since June 2023 when I got the fridge. My sink faucet has filtered water, and it was faster, so I never used the fridge water dispenser.
So, essentially, your fridge part broke with hardly any use.
That's ridiculous. Not sure I would ever buy a Frigidaire again.

The AI hung up on me
My issue was not resolved and I am stuck with conversation with Ai machine its bad I would recommend just having humans

- - Icemaker past 1 year; bought via Walmart.
- - Metal cutting bar broke off and mixed with ice; found in daughter's cup.
- - Ice rises without being cut.
We have an icemaker that is just outside the 1-year warranty (of course) that we purchased through Walmart. The metal bar that spins and cuts the ice into nuggets broke off and was mixed in with our ice!
It was found in one of our daughter's cups she was drinking from. It could have easily been bitten down on or swallowed had we not seen it.
Now the ice just continues to rise without being cut and eventually breaks off in a larger chunk after it hits the top of the plastic cap above it. We are requesting a replacement or a refund but can't seem to get anyone at Frigidaire to respond.
Preferred solution: Either a full refund or replacement

Did not try to solve my issue. Only concern was selling a service plan for a minimum of $335.
And was told I need additional service assistance that she could not assist with.
After reviewing Google help, was able to correct the issue I was having.
Frigidaire customer service, from this call, is terrible and only interested in making money on loyal customers.

- - Ordered $4,300 of appliances; delivery eight days after purchase.
- - Delivery did not arrive, no communication, order canceled.
I was unable to get Frigidaire to do anything more than apologize. After Frigidaire pulled a no-show on delivery day I did cancel my purchase of three kitchen appliances.
Frigidaire refunded my original payment two weeks after they did not deliver.
Their failure to deliver costs us a great deal of money, time, and inconvenience. Their customer service is terrible.
The delivery was confirmed the night before for between 8 a.m. and noon. I took the morning off work to be there for the appliance arrival. The delivery did not come.
At 12:30 p.m., I called Frigidaire Customer Service and was told it was running late but would arrive within minutes. At 1:15 p.m., I called customer service again and was told it may or may not be delivered. During this process, we never received a call or any communication from the delivery team. The Frigidaire representative was cold and indifferent when I told her I needed to go to work.
I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was told to hold. The customer service rep returned to the line and would not let me speak to a supervisor. I asked for a $50 credit on my delivery fees for the inconvenience and was told no.
The only options the rep gave me were to keep waiting and hope the delivery would be made or cancel the entire purchase of three appliances. I cancelled the entire order and will never do business with Frigidaire again.

- Not even a discount on order
- Frigidaire does not show up on the delivery date
Preferred solution: Reimbursed loss caused by Frigidaire/Electrolux. $400 for missed work, time, and inconvenience caused by their failure to show up on the scheduled delivery day.

my snack drawer on model grmc2273cf fills with sheets of ice and melts to water. fridge 6 days out of warranty and company refuses to address issue.

My new fridge has broken three times in less than a year. They won't give me a new one and keep having parts replaced.
It's running again after another service, but it is loud!
It can be heard in the downstairs bedroom! Terrible company.

I bought and received a new fridge at the end of November 2024. One month later, and continuing through 2025, I've had nothing but problems.
The ice maker stopped working, then my fruits and veggies froze.
I've received 3-4 new ice makers/parts and 2 motherboards, and I still don't have ice. And they refuse to give me a new fridge.
- Third drawer that can be a freezer or fridge
- Ice maker and repair or warranty policy

I wouldn’t recommend this company but if you have purchased something from this company, stay vigilant.
I had to go through so much to get a live agent. I had to Google to get phone number. AI agents are killing good customer service

very similar problem. After retailer problems I went to the Attorney Generals Office and not fully resolved. two years in small claims court and received reimbursement for fridge and a few other small claims.
