Bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator and it does not get cold - water has been in freezer for 2 weeks and still water. Called customer service and they said they would assign someone to come out.

One week later called again because we had not heard anything. Agent told us that service company left me a message 3 days ago about setting up an appointment. Told them I had received a call that they had assigned a company to come out and I would be contacted, which I never was. The customer service person gave me the name and phone number of the company assigned and tried to get hold of them but could not.

They told me they would asdign someone else and I would hear something in a few days. While waiting for someone else to be asdigned, I tried calling several numbers for the first company - goes directly to voice mail and nobody responds - tried this many times and left many messages. Waited 3 days and fid not hear anything about the second company to get assigned. Called customer service again and they told me name and number of a different company who had called and setup an appointment with us for the following day.

We had heard nothing from this company so I called. Left several voicemails and nobody responds.

I guess we will call customer service (or so they call themselves) again tomorrow. Mean while, we have been without a refrigerator or freezer for 2 weeks

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
