Why is it necessary to give a lot of personal info simply to ask repair question.

Did not try to solve my issue. Only concern was selling a service plan for a minimum of $335.
And was told I need additional service assistance that she could not assist with.
After reviewing Google help, was able to correct the issue I was having.
Frigidaire customer service, from this call, is terrible and only interested in making money on loyal customers.

my snack drawer on model grmc2273cf fills with sheets of ice and melts to water. fridge 6 days out of warranty and company refuses to address issue.

Our frost free freezer began gathering frost after 1 month. After 4 or 5 months we finally gave up and called for repair.

They could not come out for 3 weeks even though our freezer was unusable and under warranty. On the day they were to arrive, they cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days longer. On that day they called and said they no longer had a technician in our area and were unable to help.

A call to Frigidaire informed us that we would have to wait another day for a service company to call to schedule a repair. They did not call.

She was unable to answer my question. The original 8 inch burner on my glass top stove burn out. I ordered a new one. The supplier sent it, but the wiring is different. It has five spades on it, but it has a jumper on it also and I’m not sure what to do with the jumper apparently no one can answer that question that I call Frigidaire six times. No one knows someone an engineering knows cause they changed the design on the burner and no one never notified me, but I’m just so lonely old boy down here in the south trying to make a living.

Runaround, three different numbers to call, Waiting on an email that they said they sent but has not been received after 48+ hours. Apparently I need to wait for the email and then provide a copy of my receipt and picture of the product explaining what the issue is. I asked how can I take a picture of a totally dead appliance? I also purchased an extended warranty which equals more wasted money. They were rude, not at all helpful and seemed bothered by my call
