I ordered a dishwasher on March 5th. The product was supposed to be delivered the next week on the 14th but was delayed.

No big deal... well, the issue came in when the logistics company that they use, received the product and sent a random text to me with zero context as to who they were and why they were and what they were trying to do (Also, why wasn't this just delivered directly to me??) Anyhow, I thought the text was a scam so I didn't respond. But that's my first issue, your logistics company that you work with has some opportunities for improvement. I then called Frigidaire to see what was going on and they didn't answer (Sat on hold for an extended amount of time and hung up).

Then I called the logistics company where they actually answered my call and filled me in on the situation. Not really their fault for your delay, but their text message could have given more detail as to who they were. At that point, I re-scheduled delivery for today. Everything was back on track until I was contacted again yesterday, informing me that my dishwasher was damaged and they weren't going to deliver.

They also told me to call Frigidaire for a refund. Omgeeeee, so I'm on hold for the 2nd time today (they pretended to not be able to hear me on the line when I called the first time and then hung up on me after waiting 20 m minutes to speak to them - I'm currently on a 35 minute hold). I also tried to use the chat function which did not display a pop up, so that functionality is broken and I also used the text option and an agent stopped writing as she said she was going to "transfer" me to a different team member... we're texting!

Insanity and quite literally the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I need a refund ASAP, thanks!

Frigidaire not even a year old and is not working at all I bought it at Home Depot and now I cant get no one to fix it . What Im *** about is when you purchase how fast they take your card or money but when the item breaks down no one wants to help 1200 hundred dollars down the drain not even a year old now I have no refrigerator all food been thrown away thank you Home Depot for making my life and family miserable

Let me start by saying that the customer service here is TERRIBLE!!! W e are in the process of building our forever home and got the Frigidaire single door fridge and freezer.

The freezer works fantastic but the fridge hasnt worked from day one. we have called multiple times and no one will call us back. They have approved a replacement but want to send it through our original company we have bought it from but they have now gone out of business. We have asked for them to send it through another company but every time we ask that they have to send it to the back office and that it will be 7-10 business days for an answer.

This has been going on for 2 months and we havent heard from anyone. Called again today and the same thing. It is again in the back office waiting on an answer. SO SO FRUSTRATING!!

We are ready to move into the house but have no fridge.

I am not impressed with this company so far. Very devastating because we were so excited about our appliances.

Frigidaire is the worst customer service company ever!!!
I have been giving a historic runaround by Frigidaire agents for almost a month with no results ! We bought a brand new washer & dryer which is still under the one year warranty!

The dryer is not working and the belt at the back is stuck! Making a screeching noise!!! I have been calling talking to 5-6 different people! Eventually they send a technician!

Technician reported it to Frigidaire the unit must be replaced !!! But Frigidaire refused and wanted to yet send another technician!

Yet again neither to rep are or replace the unit but again to diagnose the problem!!! Its just so unbelievably frustrating to say the least!

Brand new fridge with an ice maker in fresh food area called them initially back in December, it’s now March, had two separate repair companies to work on it, one of the companies came out 4 times, replaced ice maker and main electrical board still didnt work, every time repairman called the company tech department they had repairman run diagnostic test and all passed but still no ice, now they want to send yet another company out I guess to verify that it’s not working. Sounds like a waste of money to me but hey, they’re the professionals.
