Frigidaire in Federal Way, Washington - Cracked smooth top stove

This is the second time this Frigidaire gallery smooth top stove will be cracking on me. There is no abuse of any kind, and this thing just started cracking from center of the front left of the burner. As usual Frigidaire refuses to take responsibility for this Lemon of a product, and BEST BUY that sells you a so call extended warranty is refusing to honor theirs too. Will never buy anything Frigidaire ever again, and don't waste your money on BB geek-quack extended warranty anymore. Not worth the paper it's printed on

Delivered new oven, driver broke front 2 legs installing we did not see it until after he got our signature. lowes said too bad

bought new frigidaire oven,2-19 driver delivered it and was having trouble handling it by himself. Sure enough after getting our sinature he left. That evening when got home noticed it was not level, got down and looked underneath it and 2 legs were broken. called Matt at claremore, Okla. store, he promised to get someone out here to inspect it the next day, no show. Went to lowes store next day no one able to help with it had reciept. Went home disputed it on cc, lowes finally showed up today 4-1 and said to call frigidaire, they could not help us, they did not have parts. I cannot imagine if i ran my business like this. What can we do here lowes inv 98881.

Frigidaire - Brand new fridgedaire stove valve leaking could have blown up my family

we bought a stove which by the way still paying the loan on //bought the stove and left this in the store for six months we were doing construction on our house now i have used stove for two months and the valve is defective and no one will help me because by buying that stove i left it at the place i bought it from and hadnt brought it home yet we now have a new old stove that doesnt work i can not cook a thanksgiving dinner for my family! and i called all they can say is its out of warranty we didnt bring stove because of construction on our home!

Frigidaire - Don't buy their ranges

We purchased a range with glass stovetop and radiant elements a few years ago. It has gotten very little use (until the last year after I got remarried - he, he). Problem with our unit is that the radiant element would not shut off when turned to the off position. Moreover, the heat got stuck on "high" even when the previous setting was only "medium." Due to a defect the CPSC issued a recall for 200,000 such models manufactured between 2001 and 2009. Pretty sure mine was purchased about 2009. My unit was not one of the ones on recall; however, this unit was having the same problems as all of the recalled models. Frigidaire will not cover the repair. I see on blogs that there are other models manufactured by Frigidaire that are having this same problem (or worse yet that the stove comes on by itself in some cases), yet Frigidaire will not pay for any of these repairs. I will not ever purchase another Frigidaire products.

Frigidaire in Evansville, Indiana - Horrible customer service

In 2007 we bought all new frigidare appliances for our new home.We bought the extended warranty and I am glad we did. The cooktop is junk. It has been replaced once already and it burnt up again in August along with destroying our countertops. We have been trying to get some resolve on the liability issue of this and have yet to get anyone to call us back or respond to anything. We are in week 12 of no cooktop. We sent pictures and estimates just like the inital letter told us too. I will never ever buy frigidare again, I have the feeling this is headed to a lawsuit.
