We purchased a stackable washer dryer. We have not had a year yet and on our third repair. We purchased a extended warranty after the second repair call. I do not like you program. You make a call for service, wait for repair and they tell you what problem is and they have to otdet part. This time it was only a belt. Then you have to wait more time for them to come back to put belt on. After about 2 weeks of waiting and having to go to laundrymat. I will never praise your company to anyone. I will strongly urge everyone I know not to buy your products.

Mine was 4 months old and died on 7/24/15! After 3 service calls with one being wrong part then two subsequent broken parts i still have no air conditioner!

The heat of summer! Frigidaire/Electrolux are frauds that do not honor warrantys!

The warranty page does state that any warranty service must be provided by Frigidaire or an authorized Frigidaire service company.

Unfortunately, replacing the wash tub in your washer is an extensive job and may warrant the requested labor fee from the authorized service provider. Understanding that you have been quoted approximately $525 for the repairs, it may be more feasible to consider purchasing a new washer at this time. After a quick review it appears the MSRP of your washer was approximately $699. A comparable front load washer from Frigidaire now has an MSRP of $829.

I reviewed some of our current front load washers on a few major appliance retailers where I found pricing as low as $584 and $656, model number FFFW5000QW, which would be very close to the cost of repairing your fourteen year old washer. I do personally understand that this is not the conclusion you were searching for and appreciate your honesty and feedback. Never buying another Frigidaire!

I purchased a Frigidaire range in the spring of 2014. Since I didn't use it much, I failed to immediately call about the large burner that shoots way out, posing a safety hazard. Finally late in the summer, I called to get it repaired, before the warranty expired. I explained the problem and the person I spoke with tried to talk me into accepting the large flame, saying that if they reduced it, it might not light. I finally got the name of a repair person, who set up an appt. No one showed up or called. When I called them, they said they had no record of the service call. I called back Frigidiaire; they told me that I did, in fact, have an appt. with the previous company, and they gave me another service company, whom I spoke with. I called him and he said he had to get his day scheduled, then would call me back, but that he would come on a certain day. He never showed up or called. I am now living (cautiously) with the range, but would never buy another Frigidaire appliance! Ever!!

Frigidaire - Warranty Review from New York City, New York

Buy a stove on August and used it once and the inside glass brakes and fan (convection stove) doesn't work .I call them and 2 mouths later still waiting for repair order parts and then the service man is not available for a week .Now the fan part was rejected my the manufacturer .And can't return it cause I didn't buy an extended warranty. I so angry and customer device are lazy and clueless and even apologize for my inconvenience.

Frigidaire - Warranty Review

Frigidaire warranties are a joke. Brand new AC unit, had problems since April and finally last week the coil came apart. Contacted Nordine their warranty dept and would not talk to me as a consumer. Send complaint to Electrolux, after few exchange of email, it was clear no one will do anything. In the end after shelling out over $6K for the unit, I had to buy my own part until the contractor can return the broken part at $800. I live in Houston can't live without AC. To my surprise it takes 10 days to get a part. Had to shell out another $850 to use and install a loaner. In addition since Frigidaire pays only $250 per repair, I will stuck with the additional cost of the install. All this because I didn't take the advice from the contractor that Frigidaire is *** and warranty sucks.

having trouble with washer dryer combo, needed service, still under manufacturing warranty, not one year old. Frigidaire's service people are awful the one company I had to work with Harphome Services, located in Coram. big trouble, they are so mess-up it's sad what this country is gone to. Frig. set up an appoint. for me with a conformation number, well Harphome first want to change it, and because I couldn't , they told us not sure if could come. so we would have to wait home between 1:00-5:00 for them. Excuse me but his is no way to do business. and the company didn't care, told me to go else where. is Frigidaire this hard up that they need such a *** company for their customers to have to deal with????

I've got a Frigidaire washer and dryer and have really seemed to like it. In this case, the complaint seems to be more with the service company than the manufacturer. I would also suggest refraining from using vulgarities within the review.
