1/13/2016Lord's Consolidated technician replaced fan and gaskets on ice maker.

1/20/2016Contacted Frigidaire at 1-80*-724-****, Spoke with Ruth regarding continuing problem withice maker. Ruth set up appointment with Lord's Consolidated for 1/21/2016.

1/21/2016Lord Consolidated's technician ordered a bi-metal sensor for the ice maker.

2/3/2016Have not received any information from Lord's Consolidated regarding when they wouldbe out to replace the bi-metal sensor. Contacted Frigidaire 1-80*-724-****, spoke with Christy.Christy set up appointment with Showtime Appliance Service for 2/8/2016.Per Christy, Bi-Metal sensor was never ordered.

2/8/2016Showtime technician showed up and he spoke with one of Frigidaire's reps. Technician madesome checks and said he would have to do some research on the ice maker.

3/28/2016Contacted Frigidaire at 1-80*-724-****, spoke with Angela and she set up appointment withShowtime for 4/1/2016.Fan stopped running in ice maker, ice is melting, water is runningonto the floor.

4/1/2016Showtime's technician checked ice make and he spoke with a Frigidaire tech. A new kit was ordered to be shipped to my house. Frost build up in ice maker.

4/12/2016Notified Showtime that the kit arrived. Made appointment with Showtime for 4/18/2016 to replacethe kit.

4/18/2016Showtime technician replaced kit and ice maker.

6/13/2016Ice maker stopped making ice again. Contacted Frigidaire at 1-80*-724-****. Spoke with Sean.Sean set up appointment with Lord's Consolidated for 6/24/2016.

6/24/2016Lord's technician ordered bi-metal thermo sensor for ice maker.

6/24/2016Ice maker started making ice again, but ice is melting.

7/1/2016Lord's technician replaced bi-metal thermo sensor.

7/4/2016Ice maker fan stopped running, ice is starting to melt.

7/8/2016Contacted Frigidaire at -800-724-**** and spoke with Tia(?). Tia set up appointmentwith Lord's Consolidated for 7/13/2016.

7/8/2016Ice maker fan started to run again.

7/9/2016Fan stopped running.

7/13/2016Lord's Consolidated technician showed up, he called the Frigidaire tech. and they decided thatthe ice bin gaskets needed to be replaced again. A new kit was ordered. Ice maker fan isrunning and the ice is melting.

7/13/2016Ice bin was emptied to keep water from dripping on floor.

7/15/2016Ice maker fan stopped running again, ice maker stopped making ice again.

7/18/2016It took 5 days for the ice bin to fill up from the time it was emptied on 7/13/2016.

7/21/2016Lord's Consolidated technician showed up around 12:30 pm and added additional gaskets to theice bin.

7/21/201610:30 PMIce maker has not made any ice since the ice bin gaskets were replaced.

7/25/2016Still no ice being made.

7/25/2016Contacted Frigidaire at 8:40 am, put on hold. Spoke with Mary and she transferred me tothe warranty department. Spoke with Rodney at the warranty department, he tried tocontact Lord's Consolidated but was unable to get them. He left a message with Lord's to contact him.Rodney told me that someone from the warranty department would contact me when they heard fromLords. Account number 4648**** was assigned to this call.

7/27/2016I have not heard from Frigidaire since 7/25/2016. Contacted Frigidaire at 9:45 am and spoke withVanessa. She transferred me to Stacey in the extended warranty department. Stacey set up anappointment with Lord's Consolidated to come out on 8/1/2016 between 8:00 and 12:00. Staceyassigned service number ESAF9028**** to this call.Lord's Consolidated number 352-454-****.

8/3/2016Lord's technician showed up and he verified that the ice maker wasn't working. He contacted theFrigidaire technician to discuss the proplems with the ice maker. The Frigidaire tech. had theLord's tech. to run a series of tests on the ice maker and nothing worked, according to the Lord'stechnician. The Lord's tech. then returned the ice maker to the operating mode and it started to makeice. The Frigidaire tech. told the Lord's tech. that sometimes the ice maker program did notrecognize a new part that was installed.

8/12/2016Ice is melting again. Contacted Frigidaire at 800-724-**** and spoke with Kindle. Kindle transferredme to the Extended Warranty Department. I spoke with Angela and she set up an appointment forfor Lords to come out on 8/15/2016 between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm.Angela assigned Authorization number ESAF9030**** to this call.People I spoke with at Frigidaire
