The company is ridiculous, they won't respond to submissions thru your "Contact us" website options (If they had just answered either of the 2 submissions, they wouldn't have gotten a poor review they have to "moderate" - moderate means not post) & then you won't post truthful reviews about your poor customer service.

They rejected my review, then although they send an email to repost an edited review to their "Guidelines" , when you do it says you've already posted a review, even though if you look thru the reviews it is not there:

which just sends me back to an unfilled out review form, which I suppose will now be a circular "Review", "Thanks for Review", "Confirm your Review", "Review" etc... Now they need less stars for customer service as this seems to imply they don't want to post reviews unfavorable to them, but they still pretend they want your input, just not to allow anyone else to see

Product or Service Mentioned: Frigidaire Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Provide the door items #10 (3) that fit into door item #22 for Frigidaire FFHT1821TS that were included in delivery.
