Feb. 2019 I purchased a 36" Fridgidaire induction cooktop.

It worked one day. They have sent 3 of their technicians on 3 different occasions to repair it They have sent the wrong part twice. It has been over three weeks now. The parts are now on back order and will not be available for another 2 weeks.

Their customer service is awful. They promise to call you back 2-3 business days. Its just a stalling practice.

They refuse to let you talk to anyone who can make a decision. I will never buy from them again.

Product or Service Mentioned: Frigidaire Cooktop.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $900.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Frigidaire Pros: Repair people that came to the house, Phone staff.

Frigidaire Cons: Warranty service, Poorest consumer attitude ever.
