When I first got this refrigerator (model #FRSS26L3AF), the ice cubes were too small. The technician came and adjusted it and made the ice cubes two sizes bigger.

This was 10 months ago. They’re now too big. The ice cubes are stuck together when they’re dumped, causing ice fragments to also be dumped. And then these little ice fragments come out the dispenser and get all over the floor.

I thought I could live with it but it’s just becoming too much. I want the ice cubes smaller. Of course, complementary service on it has ended because it’s been about a year since I bought it.

The icemaker has a green power button and a reset button. Can anyone help?

We bought a Frigidaire ULTRAWF Pure Source Ultra Water Filter from Amazon but it is not making ice and the water only trickles out. We want to return it but they want it drained first, is there a way to do that?

FGID2470QF7B dishwasher will only run approx a portion of any cycle, then stops. Sometimes we can clear error message and it will re start.

I bought my stove at Best Buy November 2016 Thanksgiving evening, it was delivered the Sunday after Thanksgiving. It was cooking great, but as the year went on I notice when I bake my cakes they would not cook all the way through, it would be gumming at the bottom of the cake, I called for service on the stove before the warranty service was over for the year, the service person came out to service, and mention that the baking element was okay, I tried doing as he said on how to calibrate the stove, will it doesn't work, I just had service from someone and the baking element is good, but the board behind the stove is going bad.

My question to you is the stove is only 2 years old last week, and it seems that the board should not be going bad this soon, would like to know if there are any recalls on this particular stove Model No. FGEF3035RFA - Serial No. VF542****.

I'm very upset that you expect the consumers to continue to purchase the warranty insurance every year, you should stand by your products. Would like to receive a reply regarding this matter as soon as possible.
