I bought a brand new garage-ready upright Frigidaire freezer from Home Depot for our new home. It arrived and was installed and it worked fine for 6 months, but one day when I opened the freezer door, the door gasket seal partially stuck to the frame of the freezer. This caused air to seep into the freezer which quickly began creating ice inside. I first called Frigidaire on July 6, 2023. I have called 14 times. Even when I speak to a Supervisor AFTER my complaint has been sent to the Escalation Department, they still can't tell me when I will get a replacement freezer.I have a file number and all they say is that they are working on it and I have been approved for a new freezer but no one tells me when. In the meantime, Frigidaire certainly found time to send me an email about an extended warranty, but they have NEVER ONCE sent me an email or called me back. Their product is well rated as the best along with GE, but I will NEVER buy another Frigidaire product because of their poor, no TERRIBLE way that they deal with their customers.Initially their repair work is done by Big Bend Appliance Service in Tallahassee, and they suck because they never showed up and all you can do is leave a voicemail message and there is no human being to talk to. Worse, they never call back.

I bought and had delivered a freezer on November 4, 2020. The model is FFFUU20F2VW0 Serial number is BB0430**** Last year we had to have a control panel replaced. That cost $100 because we had a home warranty that covered the freezer. Then last week it quit again. It is the fan and fan seal and drain kit. This repair is costing $ 307. Since we no longer have a home warranty that covers the freezer. This is not including the products and meat that we lost both times.

DoI cannot figure out how to remove the air vents that blow air so they can be cleaned. Its the vents at top of your window unit that is both an a/c and heater. I was on hold an unacceptable period yet no one took my call. These vents have grown black mold and I cant use my a/c until it is cleaned! I keep filter clean. I dont have a receipt! Bought by landlord. Just tell me how to remove vents at top front please

They replaced the doors they replaced the hedges they replaced the gaskets then because the incompetent people couldn't fix it they claimed that it was damaged from delivery remind this is after the third visit they said damage and then Frigidaire went with the incompetent company

I just bought a brand new refrigerator (model FRTD2021) and the bins in the door of the refrigerator have a front piece to hold the contents in. It is attached by clipping onto the door. The connection is so flimsy that the piece falls off just by opening the door. Within one hour after installation, several jars of condiments and jam fell out onto the floor and broke, causing a terrible mess. Its hard to believe that any company would sell a product with such a basic and obvious design flaw. Its going to be a major headache to find another refrigerator and get this one returned without spoiling all our food and going through all the hassle. Extremely dissatisfied!

Hired horrible service that didn't diagnosis issue and now i have an ice maker that doesn't work

I had another repair man out for my broken ice maker. This issue was initially started UNDER WARRANTY. The original repairman, who started under warranty, did not do the proper steps to determine what the issues were. If he had called the factory, like the man did today, he would have been told that our item is non-repairable. Instead he replaced the ice maker. Then it broke again and he said it was the motherboard. Then I was never able to get in contact with anyone from that service shop, Since then I have had four other repairmen, including the one today try to assess the issue spending HUNDREDS of dollars out of my pocket. I would give them a 0 for customer service DONT BUY FRIGIDAIRE!!! Delivered me a defective refrigerator and now 3 months later still trying to go through process to fix it!! They will send tech out cant fix and refuse to give you any paperwork that shows anything done or not done! They avoid giving any PROOF of repairs so you are unable to prove anything you have been told. I have had to take off 9 days of work so far and my fridge still freezes everything! AND NOW ITS BEEPING!!! They don't replace any food and each time it takes a week to get a service guy back out and then another week or so to get repair. No supervisors available and everyone just reads the script. DONT BUY!!!

I have had my gas range for less than 2 years. I was cooking on the front burners for maybe 3 hours straight.

When I started cooking, the clock and control panel worked. When I was done, I noticed the clock wasn't working.

Apparently the constant heat from running the 2 front burners was too much for the control panel and fried it. Now I have to light my stove with a lighter and I can't use my oven.

Frigidaire refrigerator factory defect

This refrigerator has been an absolute nightmare. My research online indicates this has been well documented and many, many have had the same issue. While under warranty through Frigidaire it was worked on several times for the same issue related to the back of the fridge freezing causing the water line to freeze that then stopped the ice maker from working. After your rep corrected it twice simply by thawing the line, it continued to have the problem. I had also purchased the lowes warranty at time of purchase and they repaired the same issue as well. After all these repairs and issues, I was told all warranties expired and I began paying for the same issue to be repaired. Last week I paid for yet another repairman to come due to refrig not cooling. He pulled the frig out and immediately told me he had to condemn my refrigerator due to a manufacturing problem with my unit. I understand that this model is known for freezing lines. The issues with the frig have actually rusted the entire back of my frig. To top it all off, the problem had actually caused water to somehow stick to the back and had also frozen to my plaster wall. When frig was pulled out a huge hole form the plaster came with it. Everything had frozen to the wall due to a manufacturing defect. I understand that my original manufacture and lowe's warranty have expired. However, this problem started about 12 months after purchase and has been consistently a problem that nobody offered any solutions to. I believe that since it started and was repaired numerous times under both of the warranties that something should be done. If there was a fix and Frigidaire was aware of the problem, I should have been made aware and not just bandaid it and move on. As you can tell, I am frustrated beyond reason with my Frigidaire refrigerator. Now, it has been condemned and I have to purchase a new one. That is the word used by the Sloan appliance repair person...condemned. Really, the unit may not be new but it is so bad they will not repair it. Should a fridge this old really be beyond repair and condemned? You can check with Sloan Appliance Repair in Columbia, SC if you like. I am requesting that someone review this case and respond with what they think is fair for both Frigidaire and me. Not only do I have to purchase a new fridge but, I have to pay someone to repair the plaster that your faulty fridge caused by freezing to my wall behind the unit.

We purchased a range in October 2022 but due to not having the correct gas nozzles had to wait until December to have the unit installed. In February something internally went to ground and we were without the unit for two months. I then had an issue with the oven not working, I called it and reported it on June 30 and it still has not been repaired 3 months later. I was told they have to wait until Oct 9 th before they can begin the process of replacing the unit and that could take up to a month. This is unacceptable. I will never own another Frigidaire product again because they don't stand by their products.
