Range not working
I did everything on line messaging. JB was very helpful and was able to work with me to my satisfaction.
I was very pleased with the end results.Thank you all for standing behind your product and resolving the issues I had. I’m looking forward to the replacement part to arrive so we can start to use our oven again!Thx again!
The Frigidaire range that I purchased about three years ago would not shut off on the left side and one of the burners on the left side stopped working also.
Tech said the left side bridge burner control unit went bad along with front left burner cell open.

14-month-old fridge quit working. It has electricity, the breaker is fine, and I did a reset and deep reset, but it is still not working.
A call to Frigidaire resulted in the need to call Home Depot, as a one-year Extended Protection Plan was purchased at the time of purchase. I won't know the outcome and if Frigidaire is reliable until after the service call.

Poor customer support and poor quality appliances
I purchase a new Frigidaire Galaxy side by side refrigerator about a year ago.
Since then, I have had to have service on the ice maker 3 times.
1st- replaced water valve - it worked for a while and then no ice being made.
2nd - replace entire circuit board, - worked for a while then no ice.
3rd - water line heater came loose - technician taped it back in place - worked for a while, now no ice
2 weeks ago it stopped working again. I call the Frigidaire Service, and they scheduled a local firm to make another visit to see what the problem this time was.
Came the day and time for the technician to show and no one shows.
I called the local service company, and they told me that they had done everything that Frigidaire had told them to do so there was nothing more they could do.
I call Frigidaire Service, and they told me they would have to schedule a visit with a different local appliance company, which they did for next week. The new local company called me yesterday to confirm the appointment and told me they would be out to see what was causing the icemaker to not work. Having had this happen 3 other times, I know they will arrive, make some determination and tell me that they have to order the parts and when they get the parts they will make arraignments with me to do the installation.
Which is as every time before will be in another 2 weeks.
At this time I feel that parts are not going to fix the issue, I have requested a new ice making machine, however Frigidaire has told me that isn't going to happen anytime soon.
I still have the original 1st year warrantee on this unit as well as a 3 year extended warrantee. I think I have had enough of this company and their warrantees that aren't worth the paper they are written on.
They think my order is complete. I have not received it yet.
I have had some decent conversations with customer service, but the conversations should not have been necessary. Their fulfillment process has failed at every step.
The order initially failed to ship, but they thought it had. When the order was shipped to a third-party installer, they failed to contact me. They still have not. The unit sits in a warehouse some 40 miles away, and Frigidaire thinks my order and installation are complete...per their website.
This has been an exhausting and wasteful process. Shame on Frigidaire/Electrolux.
User's recommendation: Their products are pretty good. Order them through big box vendors like Walmart, Best Buy, anyone that has a solid fulfillment process.

I bought a new Frigidaire refrigerator 13 1/2 months ago and the temperature switch went out and lost all our food. The repair man said he has had to replace many refrigerator temperature switches on new Frigidaire's.
I think something is wrong with these temperature switches. My repair man said I should contact you and let you know that something is desperately wrong with them.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy a new Frigidaire refrigerator. The temperature gauge is to breaking and it cost me 240 more dollars to get that fixed and replace it. The refrigerator is only 13 1/2 months old.

Our frost free freezer began gathering frost after 1 month. After 4 or 5 months we finally gave up and called for repair.
They could not come out for 3 weeks even though our freezer was unusable and under warranty. On the day they were to arrive, they cancelled and rescheduled for 2 days longer. On that day they called and said they no longer had a technician in our area and were unable to help.
A call to Frigidaire informed us that we would have to wait another day for a service company to call to schedule a repair. They did not call.
Ice maker stopped working
My nugget ice maker stopped working. I sent them videos and photos, and all that they could say was to call my credit card company to ask for them to replace it because it had been a week over the 1-year warranty.
They also said that I could just buy another one as well. They stink!

Verified ReviewerResolved: I never got to anyone on the phone or a technician. And it cost. I had to give my credit card first. There were so many questions. All I wanted was a call back to discuss the issue.
The company did not resolve the issue, someone else fixed it for me. This saved me from having to call Frigidaire and avoid further frustration.
The chatbot couldn't help me. Transferred me to a technician.

4 months! New fridge nothing but issues excused service people that don't call don't show up and off show platitudes and apologies. If I had know how poor their service and product. Wouldn't buy!
4 month broken ice maker. Endless beeping no one knows why its a Brand New Fridge!

I have spent an enormous amount of time trying to reach someone to discuss your sending me the wrong part. I have tried 5 telephone calls and 4 emails, all to no avail. Your service is worse than bad.

Have a refrigerator that is still under warranty
Getting errors repairman said the main board needed to be replaced,but the part is no longer available.
Now I have an expensive refrigerator that is broken.
I tried to call customer service and that was another nightmare. Was cut off after talking to the robots and finally getting cut off.
If this unit cannot be repaired I want a refund or litigation will follow.

Not regular business hours. To help with my questions, my fridge produces ice when you hit the switch but no water when I hit the water button.
However, if I unplug the line under the freezer door at the quick connect, I get water when I hit the button. I have blown through the line, so I'm having issues troubleshooting it.
