Called numerous of times to customer care support. Scheduled for repairs and service.
Refrigerator temperature fluctuates from 23 degrees to 61 degrees. The door shows 42?Had to throw food away. replaced door seals still issues. No diagnostic has been done.
Waited for second company no show for 2 days! Called again was told the appointment is this Friday and asked him to please confirm that appointment with the repair person. He did? I called the repair co.
No confirmed appointment! Next available will be next Monday. I called Frigidaire customer support confirmed who I was and was disconnected. Lol probably the same guy.
Why cant people just do their job!
Out of $2000.00 had to throw food away. Feeling frustrated.
